Automation EZTM core competency is the design, integration and fabrication of Industrial automation machinery /semi-automation equipment. We also provide Turn - Key solutions for our customers.
Design Concept Integration.
We work with our customers and take pride in integrating in our designs the following concepts: Quality mistake proofing "Poke a Yoke", Lean (Toyota Production System) and Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM). Our common goal is to optimize the uptime, quality, productivity and the safe operation of the equipment.
Data Acquisition.
We also provide real time information of pre-defined customer key metrics indicators of the processes such as: quantity produced, number of rejects, machine up time, process controls etc.

At Automation EZTM, we are dedicated to meeting the needs of our customers. From automating benchtop processes to designing and installing high capacity manufacturing equipment, we are committed to providing the highest level of quality and customer service possible with each and every job. We work with our customers to do the job right, from concept to production.
Our Philosophy.
At our facility in sunny Tucson, AZ. we put a great deal of effort into keeping our overhead low. This allows us to pass the savings onto you, our customer, in the form of lower prices, or more machine for your dollar. Our quotes are free, so if you are in the market for a new machine, or fully integrated assembly line, give Automation EZTM a call. No matter how big or small the job, we promise you won't be disappointed with what we deliver.
Experience.
Our senior engineers have over 25 years of experience designing and implementing automated production lines, manufacturing such products as batteries, audio and video cassettes, computer disks, medical devices, electronic components, and aerospace components to name a few. We have experience with screw machines, welders, indexing systems, conveying systems, dies, presses, robots, and part feeding of plastics, metals, glass, and rubber. We also have significant process scale-up experience, and can turn benchtop processes into semi or fully automated equipment tailored to the exact customer requirements. Whatever the job, our staff has the skills and years of industry experience to get it done right. Our experience expands through various businesses including Automation design and equipment manufacturing for the magnetic media industry from media winders, slitters, punches, to VHS cartridges and 2MB high density floppy disks assembly lines. Also equipment manufacturing for medical devices, aerospace components, and commercial products. We also have experience in battery development, vapor deposition, high vacuum, foil and thin film winding and handling. We designed and implemented tracking systems for a prototype winder, new crucibles, shutters, and controls for vacuum chamber, converted a high speed production winder from lithium Ion to Lithium Sulfur which included reprogramming a 15 servo system and adding a vacuum column for low tension control of the lithium foil web.
We also upgraded a thin film winder by replacing all controls and adding an automatic cut and splice station. The servo system change increased the acceleration from 18sec. to 3.3 sec., the run speed from 1000fpm to 1150fpm, and the deceleration from 12sec. to 3sec. all while maintaining 8kg of tension in the web tapering to 4kg of tension at the end of the roll.
Our founder while working for another company designed a high speed burnisher for the 3.5 floppy disk. The machine was patented and 62 of them were manufactured before the company was purchased by Magnatec for the patent rights.
